• Do I have to load any software on any user's computer?
  No. Software is not required on your computers. All Que Centre modules function as a web-based CMMS solution. All that is required is an Internet connection.
  
  
• Are we charged on a per user basis?
  There are no per user charges. You can have as many users on the system as required.
  
  
• What is Que Centre?

• Do you charge extra fees for unlimited support?
  No. Our unlimited support feature is included in our annual licensing fee. It is very important to us that our client's are 100% satisfied with our software.
  
  
• Is training included in the service fee?
  Yes. We offer training to your administrative staff at no extra charge.
  
  
• Do you charge for software updates?
  No. When our software is enhanced, that is a benefit we pass on to our clients at no extra charge. Your feedback is important!
  
  
• Once we submit our purchase order, how long will it be before Que Centre is live?
  After we collect your information and data to tailor the system to your current work flow, it typically takes between 1-2 weeks for your order to be completed.
