Incorporating data and information gathered through building condition assessments into our Work Order and Preventive Maintenance Modules maximizes the benefits of this effort.

Once data is captured, activating a fully functional system with future reporting is simple. We provide building assessments and data integration into our modules, resulting in a comprehensive and complete system ready for your use.
Implementation
Que Centre will work closely with you and/or your staff during the initial setup and customization to establish background data sets and a graphical look and feel. Typically, within days after background data and graphical look are determined, initial setup is complete.
Things that are included under the Terms of Service are:
- Software upgrades
- Maintenance support (hardware and software)
- call center support
- online support
- Additional services to augment implementation are available.
Initial contract terms are no less than one year with automatic invoicing at the end of each term.
Data Conversion
Populating Que Centre modules with your required asset information, from people to equipment to buildings to procedures can be a time consuming, expensive, and laborious task. Que Centre provides data conversion and data population services at very reasonable rates.
We input data directly into Que Centre through:
- Conversions from databases
- Spreadsheets
- Text files
- We will also manually enter any data sets you require.

Training
Que Centre offers training on all our modules. Our in-house experts conduct training sessions either at your site or online for as many or as few as you decide.
The intent behind training is that your designees are able to enter all required information and maintain the system in the future. Because Que Centre is simple to use, training even for the highest level user rarely exceeds 8 hours. Documentation to support training is also provided.
