Inventory Control is a web-based inventory management software package, designed to track the use and on-hand quantities of maintenance consumables.
- Keeping track of your inventory items is easy. We allow you to track items by parts classification, vendors and to establish "kits" of inventory items. The inventory items and kits can be accessed and tied directly to work orders, enhancing the ability to request items from inventory and simplify operations.
- Inventory items can be easily viewed and adjusted by your staff with the appropriate administrative authorization. Available inventory items that reach reorder thresholds will automatically be sent to the inventory administrator via e-mail.
- View and/or update any inventory based on numerous available criteria. The same criteria can be used to create flexible reports that can be printed or exported to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word where they can be edited.
